Information obligation regarding General Data Protection Regulation (RODO)
With regard to the fact that from May 25, 2018, the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and their free movement must be applied to the processing of personal data, we would like to inform you that the Administrator of personal data is Belina Sp z o. o. 13 Kużnicy Kołłątajowskie Street, 31-234 Kraków

Personal data will be processed for purposes related to business activity and business cooperation, including marketing. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator.
The data will be processed until the purpose for which they were collected ceases or the data subject objects to the processing, whichever comes first. Everyone has the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing. Everyone has the right to file a complaint with the owner of the company.

Privacy policy

  1. The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
  2.  Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Service User’s terminal equipment and are intended for use of the Service websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s terminal equipment and accessing them is the Service operator Belina Sp z o. o. 13 Kużnicy Kołłątajowskie Street, 31-234 Kraków.
  4. Cookies are used for:
    1. adapting the content of the Service’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the websites; in particular, cookies allow for recognizing the Service User’s device and appropriately display the website, adjusted to his/her individual needs;
    2. creating statistics that help to understand how the Service Users use the web pages, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content;

The Service uses two main types of cookies: “session” (session cookies) and “permanent” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s terminal equipment until the User logs out, leaves the website or shuts down the software (web browser). “Permanent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
  6. The Service uses the following types of cookies:
    1. “necessary” cookies, enabling use of services available within the Service, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Service;
    2. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuse of authentication within the Service;
    3. “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on the manner of use of the Service’s websites;
    4. “functional” cookies, making it possible to “remember” the User’s selected settings and personalize the User’s interface, e.g. with regard to the selected language or region of origin of the User, font size, appearance of the website, etc.;
    5. “advertising” cookies, allowing to provide Users with advertising content more tailored to their interests.
  7. in many cases, web browsing software (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s terminal device by default. Service Users of may change their settings regarding cookies at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform on them each time they are placed on the Service User’s device. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of using cookies is available in the settings of the software (web browser).
  8. Service Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service websites.
  9. Cookies placed in the Service User’s terminal equipment and used may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service Operator.
